The Wolf was ravenously hungry. Before grandmother had even had time to reply, he rushed in and devoured her whole.
However, he found that he was still hungry. The cunning wolf decided to dress up in grandmother’s clothes before getting into bed and pulling the sheets up over himself to await Little Red Riding Hood’s arrival.
Little Red Riding Hood was still on her way. She was thinking about her grandmother, who she couldn't wait to see again!
When she arrived at the door to her grandmother's house, she saw no sign of the Wolf, so she thought that she must have got there before he had. She opened the door and went inside.
